GABBY - This morning was a complete blur of activity.  We made breakfast for the 4 girls leaving on their Lesotho trip, one was named Gabby and another was named Amy.  I found that a lot cooler than they did, though.  After we got them going, I continued to make more scrambled eggs for the rest of Johnny and Gabby’s party.  We set out 2 different groups on 2 horse rides.  One was for 1 hour and another was for a 3 hour, which includes lunch, tea and biscuits.  Ben and I were completely exhausted by 10:00 am and ready for bed!  It didn’t help that we were more than slightly hung over from last night’s festivities.  We retired to our room for a bit and watched Angelina Jolie kick some ass in “Salt”.  Ben went into town to get groceries, which was great.  I was able to relax, check Facebook, and read my book.  For dinner, I cooked a full chicken, stuffing it with onions and covering it with a boat load of spices and oil.  Ben whipped up some spicy green beans to go along with it.  Shortly after, with Steve’s insistence, we headed to bed, completely wiped out.
